I don’t think he can actually see it beneath his belly. It looks to me that he’s anxiously checking whether all that money he’s spending on a nutritionist is wertit.
Incidentally, are those two some kind of weird couple? It’s getting a bit much. The Police Minister is photographed more often with his henchman Silvio than he is with Codruta.

What did Manwel do to Malta Today for them to publish such a photo?
Whatever it was, that’s one intrepid photographer. He went down to nut level to capture that shot.

Would not recommend that nutritionist to anyone. Manwel is looking double the size that he was a few months ago.
No chance of seeing it under that belly unless he stands naked in front of a full size mirror. What a disgusting sight that would be.
