    I do not think that he is a college principle.

    There are 10 colleges and MCAST is not a college.

    [Daphne – MCAST: Malta College of Arts, Science and Technology – http://www.mcast.edu.mt/ . Those 10 things you call ‘colleges’ are different departments. It’s one college with different schools/departments, just as the University of Malta is one university with different faculties & c.]
