That’s the ARMS CEO, Carmen Ciantar ex Pullicino Orlando, standing far right in a purple suit. And standing next to the president, that’s Nikita Zammit Alamango, ARMS PR & marketing manager.
But no, it’s a delegation of Nisa Laburisti, the Labour Party’s very progressive and liberal enclave for women.
