Luciano Busuttil under scrutiny

Published: November 13, 2014 at 7:01pm

Luciano Busuttil

The Court of Appeal, in its judgement the day before yesterday (see previous post) has ordered the Court Registrar to send a copy of that very judgement to the Attorney General and another to the Commission for the Administration of Justice.

This is for the scrutiny of Luciano Busuttil’s behaviour, so that they may decide if action is to be taken against him.

Daphne, apologies for being off topic, but can we please have previous and next article links?

      I second that.

    • Plotinus says:

I know this is only a suggestion on your part, but do you realise how it comes across? The host of this blog researches the information, writes the articles, moderates and uploads the numerous comments etc…and believe it or not, some readers are finding it a hassle to click on the homepage and choose the links they want to read.

They want to go backwards and forwards without choosing, because they’re too lazy to choose or work out what they want to read – but then they expect the host not to be too lazy to write or to sit there reading all their comments.

      • RoyB says:

Plotinus, I’m afraid you miss the point. The vast majority of Daphne’s following does not ‘choose’ what to read and does not prefer to browse through pages chronologically out of laziness.

It comes here to read every single post religiously. That is why those two buttons were comfortable.

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again – let’s all suck it up and carry on, but I felt that needed to be clarified.

I don’t think any suggestion takes away from the appreciation we all have for Daphne’s work. Maybe we don’t say it often enough though, so thank you for that.

      • Steve says:

@Plotinus – sorry you are missing the whole point. It is not a case of being lazy. It all has to do with the browsing experience.

I wonder – is this the only case in which Luciano Busuttil behaved in a less than honest manner?

If they’re going to scrutinise this episode, majteżwel scrutinise every tender and other business that our Luciano has been involved in.
