He describes the budget as ‘taking care of the people who protect us’.
As somebody said in response, he and his band of fellow brigands have been doing little else for the last two years.

It used to be said that truth comes out of the mouth of drunks and young children. We may now add that truth also unwittingly comes out of the large mouth of of the Honourable LP Minister Manwel Mallia.
People who have put them in power and are now being protected is the real meaning.
