Here’s a little something that Joseph Muscat and Cyrus Engerer (at his new job in Dar Malta, alongside his boyfriend who has been appointed chef de cabinet to Perm Rep Marlene Bonnici) might find usefully informative.

Nor did he put him on his VVIP list.
But Malta under Muscat goes one better.
Cyrus was rewarded for having been served with a jail sentence for revenge porn.
Cyrus was not only rewarded but our Prime Minister also hugged him publicly and said that he has similar values to him.
That’s because Cameron didn’t commission this guy to write his biography. No need to protect his image.
Cyrus deserved the award from Joey.
After all, who would not reward a victim and a hero?
A victim because he received a two year sentence and a hero for managing to wiggle out of it and having it suspended.
Any criticism of Joey’s act of mercy will be regarded as ‘negative’.
