Suppose the person who planted that bomb yesterday is a (ex?) client of Manuel Mallia?

The Police Minister has a (ex?) client list of some of Malta’s most nefarious criminals. The likelihood that one of them planted that bomb or commissioned it is pretty big.

Perhaps he could take some time out from ogling men in uniform and give us some assurances as to how he will behave in this context?

It’s bad enough that we had to go through that charade with the bodies of those two Camilleri drug-dealers released by the police for burial before the proper forensic investigations were concluded (the older one was Manuel Mallia’s client) only for them to be disinterred after a few days by court order.

  1. Changing of the guard says:

He has a plan. He throws parties for criminals, to celebrate victories and what not, and in all that fervour and jubilation he hugs them tightly, while what he is really doing is patting them down.

He will then pass any pertinent information to the acting commissioner who can then stop acting and start doing some real police work.

I wonder who chose that tie.

If you see him from the belt down you’d swear he’s walking in the opposite direction

  3. P Bonnici says:

PN ministers also defended crooks and criminals, so I see no difference from the PN administration.

A man died following police custody when Carm Mifsud Bonnici was minister, that is worse than Mallia has done so far.

Although I am not a fan of Mallia, at least he has balls and has the police under control.
