And it wasn’t that long ago either: May 2012, just 10 months before he became government minister responsible for the police. Joe ‘Fat Controller’ Grima’s son, Mark, is the association’s president.

      Even Sliema is a threat to these people, to the point that they will have the electricity cut off to deter, and should people still remain on site with no electricity then one reason after another will be found.
