“Ara ma tqumx minn hemm ghax fuqek nahlih.”

This tells me that Stephen Smith had been knocked to the ground. There is no other explanation.

This particular call took place in the tunnel, when the Rapid Intervention Unit had just arrived and, Sheehan claims, he had stopped Smith’s car by forcing it to the tunnel wall “(“but then he stopped because he knew I had that thing (the gun)”).

If Smith had been in the car, he would have said to him: “Ara ma tohrogx minn hemm”. But he said: “Ara ma tqumx minn hemm.”

Smith had been dragged out of the car and knocked to the ground.

Is it going to be 4 police commissioners in 2 years?

It is very much more than just a mirror.

If Sheehan called 112 and shot while he was in a car chase, his window would have been open as he didn’t shoot through his own windscreen.

So why didn’t we hear the wind in the background, like I always hear when I am speaking to somebody in a moving car.

For me all looks fabricated, not even the revved engine if he was speeding and chasing the other car, nothing was heard.

The conversation between Sheenan, Kurt and the police commissioner looked like the commissioner was putting words into Sheenan`s mouth.

      Where is Smith now ?

That is what I was just talking about. No noise of traffic or wind, were exactly what he meant to be.

What surprises me is the cemetery silence of this Smith. Is it true that this Smith’s father contacted Dr Mallia’s firm when Smith’s father got to know that his son was arrested?

Where is Smith now? I’m sure that he would be able to answer most questions if it was just a simple hit and run.

I’m smelling a rat here. Unless you are hiding other things you would talk. Or has no press tried to make contact with him?

And on a completely separate note, has anybody read Alison Bezzina’s article yesterday? What was she trying to do?

[Daphne – All the independent and the PN media have rung Smith repeatedly (so did I) but he refuses to comment.]
