Everybody has a duty to take pictures using their phones when they see such transgressions, and send them in for publication.

Why not? Isn’t that part of their remit while on duty? Keeps them going in the cold winter weather providing sterling service to Joe Public.
In the midst of copious bullshit about necessary police reform we get a man apprehended for attempted rape escaping from loose handcuffs and making his way out of a presumably manned police station.
They can’t even tighten cuffs. Some members of the farce are clearly beyond reform.

I, like everyone else, have the right to vote for whatever party I deem fit to govern the country, but that does not mean that like some idiots in the country, I will stand for everything.
