Manuel Mallia’s ‘wife’ to Jeffrey Pullicino Orlando’s girlfriend: “Altre tanto, cara.”

Published: December 15, 2014 at 8:39pm

Codruta Mallia (real name on official documents: Codruta Cristian) gets cosy with Lara Boffa on Facebook. Next time Jeffrey Pullicino Orlando takes to the public stage to defend Manuel Mallia, he should get straight to the point and refer to him as “siehbi Manuel”.

What a nice circle of friends: the tahwid underworld. Ms Cristian can’t be trusted with Facebook. She gives so much away. She’s as brainless as Jeff’s chick (well, tough hen) by the looks of it.

Gladys Caruana PL Ghajut u hruq kien Beppe u l-iehor tat tarf ommi maaaaaa psatas ta veru

[Daphne – That ghastly hamalla Gladys Caruana is Lara Boffa’s aunt, her mother’s sister. Mr Boffa must have found his wife by scraping round the bottom of the barrel in the Zejtun slums and then wiping off the excess. Hence Lara, given that mothers are always the biggest influence, and particularly so when the fathers are out of the equation due to reasons of old age. Be careful who you marry, gentlemen – because she’s not only going to produce your children (genetic package & c & c) but she’s also going to raise them.]

Don’t old fathers participate in their children’s upbringing?

[Daphne – Not really, no. The generation gap is way too big. While the children are babies and toddlers they treat them like cute toys, and then when they are teenagers they are way out of it and can’t cope. Can you imagine a man of around 70 staying up half the night while his children race around the clubs or Paceville with their phones switched off? Or being switched on to what’s happening with that age group and what normal curfews are, etc? A 70-year-old who gives his teenage children what-for for bad behaviour is not taken seriously, even if he could be fagged to do it in the first place. The burden ends up on the mother, and if the mother is oldish too, then that’s bad news for the children. And the children of old fathers don’t treat them as fathers but as grandfathers, more so because, given their father’s age, they will not have had an actual grandfather. They recognise at some level that the relationship is not a normal one and that the gap is just too big for normal father/child dynamics. This does not mean to say that they love them less, of course, but when you are looking at age gaps of 50+ between father and child, that’s two generations and not one, and the relationship is obviously going to be very different.]

They both got cosy on Musumeci’s post as he reposted a reply to your comment on his “O” levels certificate.

Codruta was thinking about posting her pharmacist diploma and Lara all her certificates.

[Daphne – How sad. Litteralment ta’ wara l-muntanji.]

Why is she posting on Facebook when she’s on the taxpayers’s clock?
