Stephen Smith has gone to court this morning to give evidence in the case against Paul Sheehan. And Times of Malta is still calling him ‘the Scotsman’.
Let’s wait for more.

A reasonable guess – begging to be excused from testifying so as not to incriminate himself to the great relief of all those involved in the scandal but to the outrage of the law-abiding public.
The beauty of irony.
Sheehan derives from the Irish word síocháin, meaning peace.
Kemm qedin tajjeb.
Was Mr Smith also given a policeman and, one presumes, a police car, to revisit the scenes of the crime. Of course one would not even think that this was a clean-up operation.
‘Mr Sheehan accompanied another officer to all the sites of the incident, including tha place where the ‘collision’ took place and where he had fired his weapon.’

And the beer bottle goes pfffffff…
None of the witnesses saw anything in Mr. Smith’s hand.

Just saw the footage on Times of Malta. Was that Kevin Plumpton accompanying Smith?
Please keep us informed of the outcome of this hearing . Must be so different than the one given by Kurt Farrugia .
Scottish Bagpipes were heard when listening to recordings of calls being made to police headquarters. What appropriate music.
In Smith’s testimony he says that his car ‘lost power’ and stopped.
Has any official explanation been given from the police or any investigators?
