Golden Harvest in Gzira is behind Antonio Bosio School, so I fail to understand how a get-away car would drive towards the national pool parking area which is a dead end.
getaway car would drive out from the street where Golden Harvest is and turn right towards Kappara roundabout.
It just does not add up.
I have reason to believe that the argument started at the parking area near the national pool, and the chase started from there soon after things got out of hand and shots were fired.
One other thing which baffles me is the compatibility if the damage sustained by both cars. Haven’t seen or heard anything on this matter.
Where the alleged incident started there should have been fragments of the car side mirror.
If the police had investigated as they should have, the fragments should have been part of the evidence. These fragments should have been compared to any scratches or damage to Smith’s car.
The question is why was this not done and where these fragments removed like the bullets were removed?
