Looks like Jeffrey Pullicino Orlando’s girlfriend, Lara Boffa, has been replaced by Jongxin Gao. The deputy chairman is now Chinese and his name is Sun Ji.

Hekk sew. Ic-chairman jahdem, u d-deputy jhares.

The Chinese Invasion begins – good to see that one of the Labour Poster Girls got thrown out among the first. What goes round comes around.
Next, from Enemalta to Enechina, and next, I can’t tell because it is written in Chinese characters,
Malta tal-Maltin (u c-Cinizi) biss.
Did he buy a Maltese passport too?
Kevin Chircop was given a job at Malta Enterprise by the Nasty Nationalist Government who, Labour told us, gave jobs only to their own.
Kevin is a technically able person, and a Labour supporter from head to toe, and looked after the Asia desk when Alan Camilleri was chairman of Malta Enterprise, if I’m not mistaken.
Now that Sai Mizzi takes care of that part of the world, so I wonder what Kevin is still doing there apart from chain-smoking.

Deputy Chairman: Oha cokoha Ni hao cim.
Chairman: X’iz-***qed jghid dan.
This is dangerous. Here we have an executive chairman (i.e. a chairman and CEO rolled into one) with no experience of energy generation nor, more importantly any experience of dealing with overseas diplomats/ representatives of foreign agencies. He is learning on the job.
Deputy chairman Sun Ji will run rings around him. Will the Maltese government, through its representatives on the board, be in FULL control of Enemalta? I doubt it.
For the Labour old-timers, ‘Malta l-ewwel u qabel kollox’ rings very hollow.
