    At one point all four MLP reps on the Public Accounts Committee were on their phones and Justyne Caruana on both her phone and her iPad. While Lawrence Gonzi replied to Zammit Lewis’s questions, Zammit Lewis was busy chatting to Owen Bonnici. Qeghdin sew.
