Taghna Lkoll parking: Carol Peralta this morning

These photographs taken this morning show a car of the sort used by magistrates, and with that number-plate too. Carol Peralta was spotted at a coffee-shop nearby.
Well, if he thinks he can throw a drunken party in a courtroom, then he will think nothing of leaving his car there.
But let’s give him the benefit of the doubt. Perhaps it’s not his car. Maybe there was another unbelievably arrogant and abusive magistrate lurking somewhere.

When Herbert Ganado, as a young lawyer, walked in Valletta not wearing a hat he was hauled over by a judge, who happened to be a relative, to be given a dressing down for bringing disgrace to the legal community.
We have advanced and became much more liberal these days.
That car is parked in front of the St. Paul’s parish church in Rabat, Malta. In order to park on that pavement, that car must have been driven through the zebra crossing entry. The slope of the zebra crossing is the only accessible part of the pavement.
Maybe the cave man who was driving it was on a visit to the Grotto.
haha. Priceless parking. Are we to expect better discipline from citizens?
That’s within 50 metres from the Rabat police station.
Noli judices judicare;
or, as Shakespeare may have it:
I can, and shall, judge thee,
But thou shalt not judge me.
And if that doesn’t work, blame someone/something else.
A case in point: When the PN is in government, hospital overcrowding is the fault of the PN government.
BUT when the PL is in government hospital overcrowding is the fault of a virus (in this case, allegedly Mr. Syncytial Virus).
If there is one thing this government has aced, it is spin.

That’s Rabat Parish Square. A month ago I bumped into him at the Rabat Post Office. He was picking up a motor bike helmet but the thing which bothered me most was his odd personality.
He acted very nice and sweet to everyone, but I had the impression he was forcing it because he was repetitively and excessively nice to the point he got nauseous, then sets his own damn rules as if he’s living in a parallel universe.
Complimenti, Mr. Peralta.
He has quite endearing manners provided he is not kept waiting at the A &E dept of the hospital.
Free parking, Freemasonry. Everything free.
Was he perhaps late for Mass ?
