David Thake rings the Labour Qala councillor who teaches just two lectures a week in Gozo while being paid a full salary

Jesmond Borg (what does he teach – he sounds barely literate) is a lecturer at the Institute of Tourism Studies. He is also a Labour councillor (Qala) and lives in Gozo.

When the Labour Party was elected to government and that useless, incompetent Mintoffian Henry Mifsud was put in charge of the ITS, Jesmond Borg got himself a little Taghna Lkoll favour.

He was taken off teaching duties at the school in St Julian’s and given teaching duties at the ITS branch in Gozo: two hours a week for seven students, on the same full-time salary.

There was a question in parliament about this corruption, by Opposition MP Antoine Borg. Yesterday David Thake rang him during his evening show on Radio 101.
