More than 90 Russians have applied to buy Maltese passports

There’s a story in Times of Malta’s print edition this morning. And that figure does not include their wives, children, grown-up sons and daughters, parents and parents-in-law. Where they even interviewed? The government’s contract with Henley & Partners, published last night (with bits blacked out) following a Public Accounts Committee session, says that interviews are not mandatory.
