Rosianne Cutajar, the Labour mayor of Hal Qormi whose professional name on the Sicilian glamour-girl market was Nuxellina, has been handing out sugared almonds in tulle, with her name and photograph attached, to the old people of her constituency.

Has she paid for these perlini with her personal funds, or has she used local council money?

And if she used council funds, then the matter of where she bought them becomes relevant, given that she is currently seeing Jair Cordina of Caffe Cordina. But then perhaps she got them as a gift.
