Prime minister’s aide Glenn Bedingfield still hasn’t understood what the fuss is about

Glenn Bedingfield has tweeted in response to the upset caused by his anti-Islamic retweet, after it was flagged up by this website last Monday.

His new tweet has been reported in the media as an apology, but it isn’t anything of the sort. It’s a justification, and proof that the man is an idiot beyond measure.

The objections to his tweet were not made on the basis that he offended well-meaning people, but that his tweet is in itself anti-Islam. In other words, it is a denigration of the entire religion in and of itself.

The intellectually challenged Bedingfield, who is paid by the state as an aide to the prime minister, probably thinks he was comparing ISIS to Nazis, and still hasn’t quite understood that he compared Islam itself to Nazism and Hitlerian ideology.
