UN Security Council in emergency session on Libya tonight

An emergency session of the United Nations Security Council is scheduled for 9pm CET today (3pm in New York), on the crisis in Libya. Our prime minister will have gone to bed by then.
Perhaps he will delegate his special aide, Glenn Bedingfield, to follow proceedings and brief him tomorrow morning.
