Big, important PR announcement being planned for tomorrow at St Luke’s Hospital

A member of my international worldwide network of spies rang this morning to tell me that Department of Health staff had been advised to prepare for a big PR announcement which the minister/prime minister would be making this evening at St Luke’s Hospital.

Now they have been told that the Big Press Announcement has been held off until tomorrow. They’re wondering what it is. Aren’t we all.
