GWU insurance claims manager ‘discreetly removed’ and dumped on state payroll

The guy on the left in the striped tie worked for the GWU insurance agency as claims manager.

Some time before the general election he had been suspended for an undeclared reason, though a couple of unsavoury rumours were doing the rounds.

Apparently someone high up intervened and the matter was amicably resolved. Instead of returning to his job, he was conveniently dumped onto the state payroll as an advisor to the Parliamentary Secretary for Sports and now for Local Councils, Stefan Buontempo, who coincidentally hails from his electoral district.

No wonder he is an ‘ottimist’.
