These photographs were taken yesterday at 7.30pm outside the day clinic entrance at the general hospital.
Parliamentary Secretary Stefan Buontempo’s car, with GM21 plates on a Friday evening when he was presumably not on official business for his sports and local councils portfolio, is parked on the spot reserved for an ambulance.
