Taghna Lkoll: Labour Party club in Marsaxlokk blocks promenade

The Labour Party club in Marsaxlokk appears to have a special Taghna Lkoll permit – which means no permit at all, like the prime minister and his works on the square outside his office – to block the promenade pavement with a large number of tables and chairs for its restaurant.
