The sun is shining and Saviour Balzan has cancelled the SHout family event because “of the weather”

The day has dawned bright and beautiful, one of the brightest days we have had in weeks – and on a Sunday. Everybody is geared up to rush out of the house and bask in those rays as long as they last, and Saviour Balzan tweeted last night that he has cancelled the SHout (No campaign) family event which was going to be held at the St Andrew’s Parade Ground (Luxol) “cos of the weather”.
