Hard to believe he goes to the gym – maybe he just pretends

Since he became prime minister, Joseph Muscat has been photographed wearing increasingly tight suits.

Now he has clearly bought himself some larger ones to accommodate his growing girth.

If he really is going to the gym every day, then it must be to sit and chat.

He couldn’t look more different to the man who became leader of the Labour Party just seven years ago, and not in a good way.

He’s 41 and he looks like he’s in his 50s.

Even the shape of his head has changed completely. How does that happen? I didn’t know it was possible.
