Malta Visa Application Centre opened in Shanghai on 1 April – but no contact info

VFS Global is a company set up in 2001 which has built its business on outsourcing for governments and diplomatic missions, including the outsourcing of visa applications.
On its web-portal, the section for Malta announces that a Malta Visa Application Centre opened in Shanghai on 1 April 2015 (exactly a month ago), but it gives no contact details, just an address and map.
By comparison, there is very detailed contact information for the Malta Visa Application Centre in Beijing.
