More about Labour’s new Floriana councillor: stopped by the Guardia di Finanza in Sicily in 2007

Earlier, I uploaded information on how Ivan Hallett, Labour’s new Floriana councillor, was convicted of obstructing Maltese customs officials, VAT Department inspectors and the police when he refused to allow them to check a cargo of merchandise he had brought from Sicily, preventing them from opening boxes, then lying to them and giving them false documentation or no documentation at all.
