‘Row in Malta’ over Villa Guardamangia makes it to The Telegraph

The row, from what I can gather, is between Astrid Vella and me. They’re quoting directly from my column in The Malta Independent here, though they leave out the choice bit where I say that the only reason Mrs Vella says that the government should expropriate historic houses or force the owners to maintain them at their own expense is because she and her family have never owned one themselves.
