Do you know of any Taghna Lkoller who keeps horses near Naxxar?

The government’s Property Division has put up for lease a parcel of land in the area known as Habel Zwejra near Naxxar.

The tender offer period opened on 8 May and closes on 28 May. Unusually, there is no minimum bid when there usually is.

Even more unusually, the use of the land is restricted under the tender offer conditions to “keeping horses”.

That tells us one of two things: there is either some Taghna Lkoller already keeping horses there on illegally occupied public land or who wants to pay less rent, or, some Taghna Lkoller has his eyes on that piece of land and wants to use it for horses.
