Excellent leading article in The Malta Independent today: “John Dalli’s reaction is unhinged”

“The criminal complaint filed against this publishing house by former minister and EU commissioner John Dalli cannot be described by any stretch of the imagination as a bid to clear his name. Instead, it was merely another segment of his string of attempts to silence the press and to silence this publishing house in particular.”

I always say that people assimilate naturally with the Labour Party when they are fundamentally undemocratic in their thinking and behaviour. Even many of those so-called ‘liberal switchers’ who voted voted for ‘Joseph’ in the last general election are, when you push the right/wrong buttons, revealed to be totalitarian in their thinking, with liberalism applying only to themselves.

John Dalli’s crookedness and his intimidation of those who write about him come out of the same poor value-pot.
