Henry Mifsud was too busy stealing sausages from the kitchen

The Minister for Tourism deserves to be shot at dawn for appointing Henry Mifsud to the top executive post at the Institute of Tourism Studies.

The damage he has done is unquantifiable, and not in terms of the food and drink he took from the college kitchens.

This government persists in its belief that one person is good as another because things run themselves. Let’s face it – the government which puts Phyllis Muscat in charge of the CHOGM Organising Committee is not going to think twice of putting Henry Mifsud, who ran into trouble at the bank where he worked for pilfering alcohol and then sold cooking-pots to housewives, in charge of the Institute of Tourism Studies.

Staff there are totally demoralised and students operating in chaos. Now the college is about to lose its EU funding to top it all because of a series of messes.
