The company named in the case which the Libyan government has filed against the unknown heirs of Mutassim Gaddafi, for the release of millions held at Bank of Valletta, is Capital Resources Ltd, incorporated in Malta.
The company details are shown in the screenshots uploaded here (from the Malta Financial Services Authority registry) and in the PDFs below. Former Malta Labour Party treasurer Joe Sammut was and still is the auditor and administrator. No accounts have been filed for Capital Resources Ltd for the last four years.
