Here’s another one for Astrid Vella to ignore: Yana Mintoff’s ODZ application

Yana Mintoff – daughter of the late former prime minister – has applied for ‘change of use’ of an existing building to a residential dwelling. The building is outside the development zone (ODZ):
MEPA – Malta Environment & Planning Authority-01522-15
You will see from the photograph below that far more than change of use is required here. The existing building is a dilapidated store-room that no amount of work will make habitable by human beings, and it will have to be bulldozed and a new structure built.
If John Dalli did it on the Girgenti road, then why can’t Mintoff’s daughter do it in Xrobb L-Ghagin?
Astrid Vella and members of the public have until 26th May to make submissions about this project.
