Man who made fortune stealing intellectual property and violating copyright sues for breach of his human rights

Joe Difesa, who made a fortune pirating videos, CDs and DVDs on a factory-scale basis, selling them on the Maltese market and exporting them to countries even less civilised than ours while operating a Valletta market stall as a front for his illegitimate business, is now suing the government for breaching his human rights by not allowing him to turn the Madliena villa he built with the profits from his racketeering into a wedding hall.

He finally got his permit last year (ahem).
