Meet the man who will personally own the ‘American university’ and ‘rehabilitation services’ in Malta

This is Hani Hasan Naji Saleh. In June last year, he registered two companies in Malta (that we know of so far): Sadeen Education Investment Ltd and Sadeen Rehabilitation Services (Malta) Ltd.

He personally owns 100 per cent of the shares in both, bar the usual token one share.
