Members of parliament not allowed to have number for Maltese consul in Shanghai

Opposition MP Charlo Bonnici asked the Foreign Minister, in parliament, for a telephone number for the Maltese consul in Shanghai, Sai Liang (wife of health and energy minister Konrad Mizzi).
The Foreign Minister could not oblige. Instead, he gave Bonnici the already-public address of the Maltese consulate in that city.
