Roberts-Sampson Bristol – consul for Mauritius in Malta

Keith Roberts Sampson Bristol, who siphoned off at least US$9 million of investor funds through accounts held by three companies in Malta, was appointed consul for Mauritius in Malta in May 2008, when he was already under investigation in the United States for this fraud.
