People – including clients – who ring the offices of the Malta Council for Science and Technology and ask to speak to the executive chairman (Jeffrey Pullicino Orlando) are given the number of his dental clinic in Haz-Zebbug, and told that he doesn’t come in to the office except on Wednesdays.
