Otherwise, it would be natural to conclude that the reason it does not do so is that the Institute of Maltese Journalists has accepted sponsorship from a company which belongs to John Dalli and Central Bank deputy governor Alfred Mifsud, on whose board Dalli’s daughter Claire Gauci Borda sits as a director: Crystal Finance.
