Read my column in The Malta Independent today. It’s about Joseph Muscat’s plans for a Middle Eastern University of Baksheesh, with a 1,000-bed ‘dormitory’ attached, in a no-build zone with beautiful views. And about how the only ‘American’ thing about it is the syllabus. There is no American investment, and no American university or American outfit will be running it.
