Two pictures which sum up present-day Malta under Tacky Taghna Lkoll

The photographs would in themselves sum up contemporary Malta, but what makes them an even more pertinent portrayal is that one of those chaps is the government’s Taghna Lkoll appointee to the chairmanship of the Pharmacy Council. And he’s not even a pharmacist, but a lawyer who barely practises because he prefers to make his money hosting super-tacky shows on television.
