What a monumentally bad decision it was to make that sleaze Police Minister

Here’s a charming photograph, straight of 1920s Chicago, of our erstwhile Police Minister Manuel Mallia with Paceville strip-club boss Frankie Grima, who once stood trial for murder after shooting a man dead outside his Bamboo Bar with an Uzi he kept behind the counter. He shot him in the back as he was running off, but was found not guilty on grounds of self-defence. But then criminals are his stock in trade.
