The person who took this photograph had trouble persuading me that no, Manuel Mallia isn’t standing because they’re short of seats.
He’s sitting and obscuring it completely. I’m guessing the dietician didn’t work, then. Either that, or he’s going to eat and eat and eat until Joseph reappoints him to the cabinet.
