Gibraltarians aren’t as dead in the water as we are

Public debate is currently raging in Gibraltar about the government’s plans to install an LNG terminal and bunkering facilities in the harbour there.

The Gibraltarian government claims that this is required because the new cruise liners commissioned by the cruise company Carnival will be fuelled by LNG.

The Gibraltarian Opposition is opposing the installation fiercely, on grounds of safety.
