How does the prime minister define ‘genuine persons’?

“Nies genwini” – what a daft expression. And apart from that, the prime minister has apparently redefined democracy and the will of the people to mean ‘the will of ‘genuine persons”.
Even bad and stupid people and those with ulterior motives have a vote – that’s partly how he got into power in the first place.
