Malta’s Health and Energy Minister, Xei Mon Yu

Pity the person who made this doesn’t have a current photograph of Xei Mon Yu. It’s hard to believe that this picture was taken just two years ago.
Since then, Xei Mon Yu has bloated to roughly twice that size and his face has changed shape completely. He looks 10 years older.
Mrs Mizzi, on the other hand, looks years younger since she left.
The photograph at the top was taken in March 2013. The one beneath was taken in June 2014. That’s a lot of bloating in 15 months.
