Marco Gaffarena has been cosy with Michael Falzon for a long time

I am reliably informed that Marco Gaffarena has been cosy with Michael Falzon for years, certainly predating his use of Clint Scerri, the PS’s ‘person of trust’, and the Labour Party’s electoral victory.
Michael Falzon was a full-time employee of the Bank of Valletta (legal office) until he took 200,000 euros in early retirement when he joined the cabinet, and Gaffarena visited him regularly at his bank office for chats.
These visits obviously did not go unnoticed.
