The prime minister is ageing so badly for somebody who’s only 41. He’s almost unrecognisable as the man who became party leader just seven years ago.
The change is too dramatic. There’s something going on. His head is a completely different shape.
His wife hasn’t been affected at all – she actually looks better now than she did then.
